After Sukkos, the esrog begins its second life — studded with cloves, it becomes the besamim for havdalah the whole year. One fruit, a wooden box with its flax, a scatter of cloves: the minhag itself, painted. Deep gold against gray-blue. ABOUT THE ART — Concept, composition, and direction by Florence & Form. Painted in a thick palette-knife oil style and checked detail by detail for halachic and visual accuracy. This artwork was created with the assistance of AI tools under close artistic direction. This matte banner brings still-life charm to any wall. The print captures a warmly lit esrog studded with cloves beside a rustic wooden box, rendered in painterly brushstrokes and a soft, natural palette. The matte finish reduces glare so the textured details and subtle shadows read beautifully whether it's displayed in a sukkah, kitchen, café, market stall, or gallery nook. Weather-resistant vinyl and blockout backing keep colors bright and prevent show-through, while brass grommets and included ropes make it simple to hang and reposition. It’s the kind of piece that adds quiet character—an intimate, handcrafted mood that invites people to slow down and notice the little things.
